  • Sometimes you get so alone it just makes sense.

Yo , hello buddies,,, its me bring extra dragons. I already posted old old pics months/months back and many people agreed I had a very minor glandular case. I've never been able to find any lumps or hard tissue, but I have discovered a small mass of very very soft fatty feeling tissue ( not under the nipples, but a bit off to the side )

Can it be possible that any of this is muscle tissue or anything else? can pectoral muscle tissue be easily found by touch?

Welcome back.

Your best bet is a careful examination by someone who can be totally impartial and at the same time has sufficient medical expertise to know what they are looking for. Even then, it can be hard to tell what is in there.

Anyone who tells you that they can distinguish between fat and gland on a photograph would probably lie about other things too.   A fair guess would be all that is possible.

Yay - bringextradragons!

I dont know about your question though muscle tissue would harden when you tense your pectorals, gland and fat will not.

Here is an ascii art dragon I cut and pasted.
