just recently had gyno surgery.. about 10 days post op, and i'm still really sore/numb but i can feel hard tissue formed at various spots..

when and how can i help reduce this.. i was told to start messaging, but it hurts still.

when/how long should i wait before i start to message the spot?

Dude.....

No need to massage. Your scar tissue will dissipate with time. It's all part of the healing process....

Be patient my man!   ;)

heh i dont mind it.  i'm a skinny guy, and the hard tissue is exactly contoured to my pectorial muscle.

it probably formed that way from wearing the compression vest, but still...

i would love to have it gone
