wtf?
i was rubbing my chest, and i squeezed it just to see if everything is still just " flab " and i felt something like the size of a small sized ball bearing about 3 cm up. any idea?

It could easily be breast tissue. It sounds like you are growing.

in most cases, and you'll probably be lucky.  it's gland, mine got worse.  might talk to an endo.
