info required.
Just some info. New to this board and sorry if this stuff has come up already.

Does one have to remain in hospital for a long period of time after surgery and how long after surgery can you do regular stuff?

What are some things to be taken care of after surgery?

I dont know thing about the after surgery but i know that usualy you stay in hospital for about 1 night then you can go home.

This is untrue...it is an outpatient precedure.

They let me go home as soon as I was able to get dressed and go to the bathroom. You should be out of commision for at least three days after surgery.

What is most important is the things that need to be done before surgery.

Like seeing an Endocrinologist for example.
