Hi Guys
I definitely have gynecomastia and am looking at getting it removed by a plastic surgeon but have a few questions, if there is anyone that knows the answers it would be appreciated.

In New Zealand one definitely has to get it done by a plastic surgeon that you pay for in its entirety, correct?

Do you need to pay up front or do they bill you later?

Dumb questions I know.

Thanks
Davide

Yes, eventually you'll have to pay for it in it's entirety...either all "up front" or through a financing plan.

A lot of plastic surgeons here in the U.S. offer financing plans where you can pay off your surgery fees over a few months or a couple years if you can't afford to pay up front. But in the long run it'll cost a bit more if you finance.

If you have health/medical/govt. insurance, you should check to see if they'll cover a portion/all of your surgery fees.
