Well since I have been a little paranoid from taking avodart which could cause gynecomastia, and since I already have puffy nipples from puberty, I was wondering if removing the organ behind the nipple removes every possibility of ginecomastia?.

Also I have a hard lump behind the nipple, which people call the hard gynecomastia, and from what I've heard it is removed, does it mean that it also removes the nipple organ?.

Is there any unwanted effects from not having the organ of the nipple?, can it really stop gynecomastia?

gland is just the general tissue which may or may not take an organ-like form, and although removing 95% of it is no guarantee it'll never return with the right conditions, it will definitely improve the odds and remove what i guess you would call the symptoms.
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?
