Herbal diet aids can be expensive and they have no real benefit to those of us with Gynecomastia.

Estrogen blockers are normally used in the treatment of women who have breast cancer which is to some extent Estrogen dependent.

There are some stories of their success in the treatment of Gynecomastia. The problem is that you actually need a small amount of estrogen so unless you actually have a surplus, Taking the blockers would be ill advised.

According to the stories, the drugs must be taken under competent medical supervision (usually an Endocrinologist) and they work for only a small number of selected patients. They are, after all, prescription drugs.

If medications are used without competent medical supervision and the ability to monitor your hormone levels, you could make a mess of your reproductive physiology.
