Is surgery the only way??
Hi guys, I have puffy nipples since I was a teen. Now I'm 23 and I'd like to solve this problem... My gyno is mostly glandular.
Is there a non surgical method which can help me in my battle against gyno???

You might want to sit down for this one. ....
No. Several guys have posted about trying herbal remedies , steroids, various topical creams, and the results are not good. So don't waste your time or money, rather start saving and looking into financing. Or acceptance and move on with your life
