Excision only?
I only have puffy nips. Does that mean that they could do just the excision and give me some nice normal flat dime like areolas?

Would this lessen the risks of certain things going wrong?

yeah, excision would probably solve that. even if you do have some fat there as well, the gland is usually what causes the nips to "poof" out, as i understand it.

If you truly have no fat, only gland, maybe that'll do the trick.
