Does this condition make anyone else here feel less manly then they are? I dont have that one XXY thing (at least im almost positive I dont) and my penis is a perfectly fine size. However waking up in the morning and changing to go to school, I wake up and I see that breast on my left side and its just.... it makes me feel so much less. It almost makes me feel not man enough. Anyone else shared these feelings?

I am pretty sure all of us with this condition have felt like you described at one point in time. I know I have. It can certainly lower one's confidence. That's for sure.

  • Had expensive surgery... Now I'm flat busted!
To me "less manly" equals "more womanly" and I can't say I've felt that way.  I would agree with flex and say it definitely lowered my confidence level and made me feel inferior to other men.  No less of a man, but not as good as the others.  I'm probably agreeing with you, but I just can't bring myself to say I was feeling "less manly".

I'd say we'd all agree but just on different terms. What you call less manly, mr nip calls something else. LOL. So, what do you call it?

  • Wilma, grab the lotion, we're going to the beach!
I struggled through a period in my life where I felt less manly. It was simply confidence thing. That will happen when you're too insecure to wear certain clothing.

Before my operation I felt manly with a t-shirt because my gyne wasn't noticable and I have pretty big arm muscles.

The size of your thing does not relate to many hormone problems.  It is easy to have hypogonadism without this.....a bit of a myth.  For this reason and because gynecomastia is a hormone problem and endocrinologists are hormones specialists and because hypogonadism is an associated condtion;

Every man with gynecomastia should see an endocrinologist and have their situation evaluated.

So says this hypogonadal (hypogonadotrpoic hypogonadism post puberty) man with a good size wanger  ;)
