like people say that majority of the gynecomastia cases heal themselves with time. does anyone has gone through that, so what would be the pattern like in terms of reduction in size and contour shape, does it happen overnight? or is it like a slow and gradual process with each day a little reduction in size? i know it has to happen in teens, and i am already 21, but i am just curious?

From everything I read, when it occurs, usually from age 11 - 14, it can be there for up to 3 years.  Anything longer than that and I don't think it goes away on it's own.  And in the cases of those who do get it at that age, it's usually just puffy nipples and maybe a bit more... boys who develop full blown breasts don't seem to get rid of it without surgery.

Just what I've noticed.
