 ???How often are mamograms required for males suffering with gynecomastia & klinefelter syndrome,I had only 1 in 03?

This could be an important question especially for anyone with a long term elevated estrogen level.  

I don't have an answer.  Hopefully someone with that information will come along.

mammograms are typically used when there is a strong suspecion of cancer. The dr may feel it's necessary if they feel a mass or a lump in your breast, or if you have nipple discharge.  Certainly don't "need" a mammogram to know you have gyne.

Your question is how ofter are they "required?"  I think most guys will say ask your dr how often he feels it's necessary.
