This is a PRE surgery pic
My gynecomastia was actually a lot worse than this looks.  My nipples are hard because it was cold, but on warm days (all the time in CA) they would look swollen and protrude another inch or so.

the dark marks away from my nipple was where the drainage holes were.  they are scabbing over.  the underside of each nipple is a little dark because of the scabs.  Plus there's still some swelling and bruising in certain areas.

I'll post pics again when the scabs are gone.
