This temporary solution happened by accident when I was trying use a stimulant for college. The supplement Meltdown by VPX gives you a "cold type feeling" almost and keeps your nipples hard anywhere from 4-8 hours. It's really strong (caffeine, synephrine, PEA, etc.), so I would suggest starting with one and see how you react to it. Max dosage is 3/day. I never go to the beach without it! It's expensive at GNC's and Vitamin Shoppes's, but you can usually find deals on Ebay and Wal-Mart has even started carrying it for around $20. Every body is different but it's definitely worth a shot. Hope it works as well for you as it has me!
