Dark Coloration of Nipple Post-op

This is really bugging me, I'm about 6 days post op at this point and have what maybe described as "bruising" near the incision site. Its only on my right nipple, the other nipple is fine. What could it be, is it temporary something which will heal?

That's nothing to worry about.  It's only been six days, and you have soft tissue swelling around the suture line.  Talk to your surgeon about it - temporary.

This is frequently seen on the areolar skin near the incision.  It is nothing to worry about -- you should heal just fine.
