Good day,

I have had gyno surgery a couple of days ago (gland excision only), but i have noticed a dent on the left side right above my left nipple. Will my body heal itself and “fill” this dent with muscle, fat or scar tissue over time? Or will my chest remain this way?

You can't judge anything after just a few days. Try to be patient. It will take 3 months to see the final result. Follow your surgeonn's instructions.

I know it can be frustrating to have what you perceive to be less than ideal results immediately after surgery. Try to be patient. This may resolves itself over time.

The good news is that the vast majority post-surgical contour problems can be corrected, and many of them can be corrected completely so that patients have a normal post-correction chest contour, with surgical scars that are inconspicuous or even completely invisible to the casual observer.
