i know you are suppose to allow up for a year to see the full results, but how long did it take for you to be able to take your shirt off in public?

About 6 months.  I still got my scars (battle wounds) and am a little flabby, but I removed my shirt for a jog this evening.  Building up my confidence.

The breezy wind really felt nice....ahhh effervesence!

Considering it was winter when I had my Op, I didn't take my shirt off outside until Spring. Which was about 3 months post-op.

I'm at about 6 weeks post-op and would be comfortable enough to take my shirt off in public, if it wasn't winter.
