Hi,
I was going through the messages in Post Surgery and Healing After Surgery category.
Really got scared after reading many of the messages. Looks like there will be swelling atleast 2 months after surgery. Now I am rethinking if I should go for surgery?

Is surgery really a good option for Gynecomastia?

Would chest look normal after surgery?

Didn't find many messages in Surgery Success Stories.

Thanks,
Tony.

The swelling is nothing to be afraid of, chances are the with the swelling your chest will still be smaller than before, mine sure was. Here is a pic of me 12 days post-OP, not that scary lookin is it?

Still swollen, and yes it does take 1-2 months for swelling to go away completely, and up to 6 for the final product, buteven if it's not perfect, will end up a lot better than before. Mine isn't exactly how I hoped. I was disapointed at first, until my doctor showed me the before pics. The surgery part is not scary at all, it is painless. I would do it again 1000 times over.

SO I would say yes, it is definately worth it.
