I'd recommend going with the lipo and Excision.... Lipo will just take the fat out and not the glandular tissue.

Hi jskb.  I'm in Vancouver as well and I'm thinking of getting the surgery.  How did you find Dr. Brown?  Is there some directory of surgeons that specialize in gyne?  All the best on the 15th.

I'm actually from Richmond, I just usually say Vancouver because many people do not know Richmond.  My physician actually recommended me to Dr. Brown.  Sorry, I do not know his phone number.. but you could check the richmond medical building.. that's where his office is.  Sorry I will try and find his number.
