During the colder parts of the year, I wear a tank to over my bra and under my (usual) men's shirt.  The fit is not real tight, but is similar to the picture above.  Get them off ebay.  During the warmer weather, I mostly wear either a men's tee or a woman's tank.  The tank is from Woman Within and has wide straps which hide the bra straps.  They are darted, but that hardly shows.  Plus they are much looser ( I buy a bigger size) so  projection looks to be less and the back does not readily show the band or straps.
