Just picked up this as a gentle starter to full time bra wearing. It's underwired but quite relaxed and gives nice shape and not too obvious under a t shirt

Looks good.  That bra is a good starting point for sure.  Wear it and see if it does the job for you.  Be willing to try different styles of bras.  I have found that multiple styles are needed for different occasions.  Also, have some fun and enjoy the experience.   That can be accomplished when you accept your breasts.

That bra looks good on you. And I’m sure it feels good, also. 

It appears you have crossed the point of no return, and the rest of your life, will wear a bra like a woman.
