Dr. Prashant Yadav
Anyone got reviews for Dr. Prashant Yadav. He used to work out of Pune but has started a clinic in Delhi as well. Any advice on the doctor, cost of surgery, post-op consultation with doctor would be highly appreciated. 
He also claims to perform the surgery under local anesthesia. Is this true?
