I was just wondering how much light is in everyones room at night. Anyones completely dark when you developed gynecomastia?

no light when im asleep, are u trying to research some new relation between gyne and light  ;D

yea light at night can suppress melatonin and melatonin can act as an anti-estrogen is what ive been reading

  • Had expensive surgery... Now I'm flat busted!
I read something about that a year or so ago.  From what I can tell, that's just about cancer.  The article I read last year stated that people who slept with lights on during their childhood years could have a greater chance of developing cancer later on.   

Although breast cancer can occur in men, I've not read anything to suggest it's related to gynecomastia.

Interesting I had alot of trouble falling asleep when I was first developing my gyno at about 12 or 13.
