I've been in great shape my whole life. Currently 17 1/2 years old 6"2 and 168 lbs. I work out every day, run, swim, lift, play sports, everything to stay in shape. Physically I look great, and masculine(six pack, veins in arms, really hairy) except I have huge puffy nipples. I'd like to wear tight shirts and show off what I work so hard for, but I can't. I had sore nipples from when I was 12 till 14. The soreness stopped, but I still have abnormally puffy nipples. I have been noticing some very minor reduction in size of my left nipple, but I think that might just be because the muscle underneath is getting bigger. Am I doomed to have these things, or is my body still growing?

Honestly I think you should get it looked at by a Dr. or a plastic surgeon and see what they say. If you actually do have gynecomastia and have had it for 3 to 5 years at this point it's unlikely it will go away.
