Hey all, I am taking a supplement Flax seed oil (3.6.9. blend).  I read that the Substances called lignans , found in many foods but most especially in flax seeds , may increase levels of prolactin.

Could this be bad for gyne if your gyne is Prolactin induced?

Mine is Prolactin induced due to a medication, so I am wondering it this is making it worse, but then again I thought Flax seed oil was good for gyne?  I am so confused...<scratches head>

If you seriousley see it as a problem then take something like "VITEX-chaste berry/agnus-castus"
It has been shown that in high dosages it will reduce prolactin, In low dosages it does the opposite.
