Hi  I recently had surgery on my gyno and my piece of shit doctor did nothing to help me so i was stuck back where i started but with a few thousand less dollars in my pocket but for like 40 bucks i ordered a compression vest after the surgery to help the healing... and it works GREAT to just conceal the gyno.... and the best part is that no one can see it threw my shirt. i can finally just walk around town with just a tshirt on and be cool.  at least something came from the surgery.   p.s. does anyone think i have a legal case

It's tough...I think they usually have you sign something that protects them in case of "undesirable results".  So if you signed something like that you probably have little grounds for legal action.

I actually have no idea what I'm talking about, but that seems logical.

First I'd go to the PS and tell them that they did a crappy job, and confront him about how he didn't do what he said.  He may be embarrassed enough to fix it for free.

  • Finally gyne-free
And if he doesn't offer to do a revision for FREE please come back and post his info on this board so nobody else makes the mistake of going to him/her.

Also, let him know that you're going to do this... that might encourage him to be more accommodating.

  • Gyne free, is the way to be!
You probably went in with unrealistic expectations. No Doctor would **** you over. They are there to help.
Post before and after photos so we can judge your ps job on the gynecomastia.

It is possible that you had unreasonable expectations regarding the surgical outcome.  A lot of people do.

No Doctor will guarantee specific results.  It is a bit like gambling in that you put your money down and take your chances.

My first question would be whether you did everything possible yourself to insure the best result or simply went with the first Dr. or the one who offered the surgery at the best price.

Anim8or - I feel your pain.  It would suck to shell out a few grand and have the doctor do damn near nothing.  I have heard this is the case a lot with undertrained doctors removing way too little gland or using lipo only.  Often you can remedy these poor surgeries by getting a revision surgery from a gynecomastia specialist.  Search the board for recommendations.  It would also help to post before, after photos and your doctors name so the board can determine wether your expectations were unrealistic or it was a hack job.
