I have seen over weight people that have tissue migration on the wrist from a watch and in the waist area from a belt.  Of course the example of corsets is well documented.   I have even read of swooping and scooping causing migration over time.  I believe that I have experienced some migration over the years due to my sleep position.   I pulled the side boob out, put my arm under me and slept on my side.  I now have very little side boob tissue.

Regarding the boob appearance issue, my opinion is that feminine looking breasts look better, even on a man.  To me, saggy, flat, squashed man boobs just look kind of sad.  If I'm  going to have breasts I prefer them to be on the rounder fuller side rather than looking deflated.  I know thats not considered normal, it's  just my opinion.  And I know I probably had the opposite view before growing my own breasts.
