Hi, new to the forum.
I've had nhs gynecomastia gland removal today, bi-lateral.
Pressure bandage and drains in place, hopefully removed tomorrow.
I'm reading i need a compression vest, but do not have one.
What extreme do i need to go to? When to start, how long?
Which is the best vest i can get my hands on in the uk, quickly?
How's best to measure up
Thanks in advance

It is better to get advice from doctor.
You can get from Underworks.com. Select express delivery option. The first month of surgery is very critical. Compression vest help in healing. Dont be without compression vest.
As i said already, It is better to get advice from doctor.

I also thought that gynecomastia surgery on the NHS was a dead end. I was told absolutely not about 4 years ago!
Anyway, post-surgery vest wise the best bet is to visit Macom-Medical and get one from there.
There's various different styles and as far as I know, they all do pretty much the same job - you just need to order one size smaller than you usually would so the "compression" aspect actually exists!
