Hey guys. Is anything that can be done before or after the surgery to reduce or prevent the amount of scarring ??? Gonna see Dr. Fielding on the 25th

scarring = sign of trauma, experience, endurance of pain, comment on character and history.  

breasts on a man = not so much.  

I'll take the scarring (of which Dr. fielding said there would be not much).

Scarring is very minimal. ;)

Keep in mind though, while the scars are healing, do not expose them to the suns UV rays for very long. Best, not at all. UV rays can impeed healing and or permanently damage scar tissue.  :o :o

You can always get tattoo(s) to cover it up.

Worst case scenario, if there is scarring when I end up getting my operation done, I have already designed a tattoo on both sides of my body that incorporate my pecs, which will end up covering up the nipples and scarring.

Like I said though, it's an extreme measure and a last resort.
