Hi guys question for you. I am 4 weeks post op bilateral Gyno excisions. No lipo no drains. Healing well. Bruising is gone. The only swelling I see is at the incisions. Very little. Staying very compressed 24/7. I would like to get back to the hockey rink this week it's no body checking hockey so the risk of a blow to the chest is very low. What are your thoughts? Is this wise? Shoot it to me straight, if this sounds like an idiot decision I want to know your thoughts. Thanks in advance!

Don't do it bro.
I know you're saying its low risk but it's still a risk.
Im assuming there's still the risk of someone bumping into you kinda hard.

You got hockey and I've got boxing.
My coach has told me he will not let me spar at all for at least 3 months.
I can start working pads with him 2 months post op.

Unless you can be 100% sure there won't be any contact, I'd avoid it.

Just wait it out man, another few weeks won't kill you:)
