Hello to anyone who has used silicone pads to help reduce scar tissue from the incisions.

No problem when wearing the compression vest since the pressure easily keeps the silicone pads in place.  But when not wearing the vest, the silicone falls off.  I'm supposed to use the silicone a total of 12 weeks, so I have 8 more weeks to go.

Anyone successful in getting the silicone to stick without the vest on?   Thanks.

Silicone strips usually have a slight tackiness to them -- but that is not adhesive.  Best recommendation is to apply the strips and hold them in place with a snug UnderArmour shirt (or the like).
