  • EXERCISE MACHINES - PUNISHMENT FOR EATING TOO MUCH
Hi Guys,

I was woundering if someone could just help me understand how Private Health Care Works.

I have been told by work that I have private health care by BUPA. I have read the document listing what it doesnt cover which I'm assuming isnt everything, but Gynecmoastia isnt listed.

It says that to start any claim off you first need to be referred by your GP.

At the moment I'm overweight, and from what I have read, if your lucky enough to have surgury on the NHS you have to be your ideal BMI.

Do you think that if i lost weight down to my ideal BMI Bupa would cover me? I dont really understand how, if I were paying for Bupa out of my own money there could be limits on what can be claimed.

Any help / explanation would be appreciated.

Thanks
