Do I have gynecomastia??
Very interesting board!  I didn't even know it existed until today!  

Since I was about 12 years old I have always noticed I had larger than necessary breasts/nipples.  My question is do I have gynecomatia or do I just need to workout more and eat better?  My diet is terrible and I only work out about one a week maybe.   I am 6'2" 187 right now.  Here is a pic, it's not current, but I still look about the same.  Had I known this site was available I would post newer pics.  I will try to snap some tonight.  TIA for the replies and I am looking forward to learning more!
