Hi all this is my first post...30 years old and just diagnosed with low testosterone; started therapy one week ago but doctor doesn't see fit to test estrogen levels even though I have some concern about possible gynecomastia/pseudogynecomastia.  I've been exercising my chest and doing lots of cardio to try to keep it from looking to feminine but am a bit concerned since it protrudes quite a bit, and they are quite jiggly when not flexed especially the left side.  Also left nipple is intermittently itchy/sensitive and kind of swollen looking compared to the other and left side as a whole is slightly larger.  Please give an opinion on if this is gyno?  If so should I try to get the doctor to prescribe an anti-estrogen or aromatase inhibitor or is it too late?
