Hi all,

I'm a little sad and looking for some advice, i've just been rejected by the NHS Low Priority Commitee for surgery on the NHS for my gynecomastia and also little constructive surgery on my aloeve - because of major droopage (lol). I live quite close to London so my aim is to now book an appointment with Dr. Karidis.

I need to check with someone and see if he does the nipple operation thing? to cut it down to size - as well as the normal corrective gyno surgery? Will he charge me more for this?

Update: just phoned them and was told that its part of the parcel; you get the extra stuff as well.

Probably for the best mate, I had my OP on the NHS and they didn't it properly.. now I want another op, going to have it done with Karidis when I can afford it. Wish I'd been able to have it done with him first time.

That's awful. I hope things work out for you.

I'm at university at the moment, and really think it is holding me back. I really want a retail job but just cant bring myself to apply to places where the uniform doesnt include a zip-up or a hoody of some sort... terrible I know, which is why I need this op asap...

just get some under armour for now, go out and socialise i used to just go out all the time when i had gyne just be selective in what you wear. Get polo shirts that are black and of a decent fit. Fred Perry polos (even slim fit ones!) will hide your gyne cause there made of thick material Lyle and Scott stuff used to but its made out like shite strechy stuff now and wont. If you get Heritage Lyle and Scott it will though

If you want to make money and you want to wear a hoody, do some factory work theres loads of it out there that pay ok (ive been there, and you can make loads in overtime!). Dont let gyne stop you from going out there and getting a job/having fun i know people with way worse ailments that do both :D
