Yep, you are right, this is definitely gyne. You already knew that though. Start working out, get in touch with a plastic surgeon, and take care of it.

Definitely gyne.  Go see a doctor and start your journey to good mental health.  Of course, if you're comfortable with it, then don't do anything.

See an endocrinologist before you do anything and get your hormones checked out.

You want to ensure that whatever caused such significant gynecomastia is not still present and will not cause re-growth if you were to have surgery.

Glandular Gyne definitely, but heed Hypos advice about getting checked out by an Endo.

Jim the great - don't think for a second that you are "just fat." You have glandular and fatty gyne.  See an endocrinologist and a couple plastic surgeons.
