Hey everyone before I go see a specialist I wanted an opinion, im 22, 5'5'' weighing 145. I used to weigh in at 172 @ 24% Body fat at the same height but decided I wanted to lose the man boobs so I did some old fashion dieting, (work out, No eating out, cutting the soda, etc...) It was very effective. Now I feel like my chest hasn't decreased in size and It looks all unproportional.

What do you guys think? Do I have Gynecomastia?

Thanks!

You have a good looking chest -- probably one that most guys on this forum would love to have.
If you have any excess tissue at all, it is minimal.

Thank you so much for the quick reply, I realize after taking a stroll through these forums, there are some horrible cases of gynecomastia, but im still bothered by what I may have. Do you think such a minimal amount of tissue can be take care of through prescription medication?

There is no prescription medication that will target your chest and remove any excess tissue.  If there were, then virtually every guy on this site would be taking it.  Don't be suckered into buying over-the-counter or internet drugs either -- they don't work.  They will not diminish your chest-- only your wallet.

If you are still concerned about your chest, then best to consult with a gyne specialist surgeon.  First, he would verify what you have and then, if you desire surgery, he could delicately remove just enough to do the job.  These seeming minor cases of gyne are just as challenging, in their own right, as more major cases.
