I am not sure if this is gyne. I don't feel any glands or tissue below the nipple

Without sounding harsh and going of what you said, looks like water and fat to me! Youv been a lot bigger then what you are now?

No, I have been the same..but I have been doing strength training and fat is being pushed out more..

Somehow I cannot see your photo.  But the larger question is the definition of gyne.

Gyne is defined as "excess tissue on a male chest which provides a female-like contour."  It is a diagnosis made by observation -- not by feel.  Obviously, a physician's exam is necessary to confirm the diagnosis and to make sure that it is not something else (very rare).

Some guys are bothered by a small enlargement of the chest -- and others choose to live with it.  Others may have very large, pendulous, DD cup breasts -- and may choose to have surgery or live with it as well.  Fortunately, gyne is a benign condition, it does not pre-dispose to breast cancer or any other disease.  It is, however, for many guys, an emotional burden.

I went to two endo's, both denied the presence of gyne and I even had a mammogram which did not show any presence of gyne.  Please see the below link for pics
