I have just booked two consultations with Dr Levick and Dr. Karidis and was hoping you guys could give me some suggestions on the questions I should ask them?
So far I have got: (In no particular order)
Can you sort it out?
Can you give me some idea what I would look like once it has been done?
How long will it take me to recover?
What are the risks?
Will there be visible scarring?
What happens if I am not happy with the results?
Will I be able to carry on training like I did pre-op?
What should I avoid?

Any other suggestions?

Thanks for your help

To be honest most of the answers to these questions can be found searching the forums.  I really dont think there is much to ask these guys, Levick explains everything in great detail and im sure Kardis does too.  Although you cant go wrong with the questions you have listed.  Play it by ear at the consultation the ask them about anything they have said that your unsure about.
Surgery performed by Mr Paul Levick, 17/02/05. I am here to help.

Just make sure that when the suregon talks to you about the op, he gives you the right vibe and that you're confident he'll do a good job on you.

Levick and Karidis are both very good surgeons frpm what I've heard, so I'm sure you'll be fine so try and chill.

Best of luck.

Thanks guys,
much appreciated - very nervous time at the moment. Reading this forum is great, although I do seem to fluctuate betwen definetely going for it and then reading some stories and thinking NO WAY!
First step is the consulatation and then I will take it from there.
