Simple question :-)

Should I continue diet or can I get good results from surgery at this state?
*This question is based on the principle of weightloss before gyno-operation posted at the main site*

Come on guys ;-) At least someone could perhaps give their opinion.

Question: Is it possible for me to get surgery at this weight and get good results?

Your photos are cropped too closely and of really poor quality.  No one can comment until you post some good photos.

You don't need to lose any weight prior to the surgery; you're not overweight at all.  You have a mild case of gynecomastia, with enlarged areolar diameter. You should get a great result.  As the previous poster said, find a good plastic surgeon in your area.
