Hi all,
Been living with these puffy nipple/ large areolas/ gyno for years and just wanted to reach out and get some expert advice on what my next steps of action can be. I have been consistently losing weight over the past few months but the nipple area seems to remain unchanged. Surgery is definitely a viable option if it comes to be my only solution.

Attached images below, as you can see the nipples definitely give off a bad vibe with and without a shirt.

Surgery is the only way you are going to get rid of it.  As to whether or not it is worthwhile, only you can answer that.

Totally agree with Paa_Paw.

Your abdomen appears to be in shape so further weight loss will not help your chest.  Surgery would be your only answer to reduce the excess tissues and improve the nipples (the areolas would shrink in diameter as well).  Your only other alternative would be to wear snug compression garments -- but they won't help when you want to walk topless on a beach.

Suggest you do your homework and get an opinion from a gyne specialist plastic surgeon in your area -- or consider traveling for such expertise.

Good luck!

Thank you both for the expert input.

I'm going to drop my body fat to ~10% and put on some more muscle mass to see if this improves the visibility of my chest. I've read surgery would yield better results with lower body fat so its a win-win situation.

I will post follow up pictures in a few months to show progress, hopefully it can be used by some others as a reference.

Cheers
