I understand it may not be the worst case but it still bothers me to no end.  In most tshirts you can see an obvious bump on one side.  I probably shouldn't be so neurotic but I feel like my life would be greatly improved with surgery.

You appear to have one sided gyne -- but it would be best to consult with a gyne specialist.  Oftentimes, attention is drawn to the larger breast -- but there may be some excess tissue on the other side as well.  Proper surgery would be to address both sides if needed.
