I'm 21, 6'1" and 200 pounds approx.

Is this a case of gyno and if so how bad? I am a little overweight but don't think this is the full extent of the problem.

Any advive appreciated.

yes gyne, moderate case, and at 21 unlikely to go away on its own.  sorry to welcome you to the club, hope as many of us get kicked out as soon as humanly feasible   :)

* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?

  • Gyne free, is the way to be!
A simple surgery of lipo and maybe gland excision will fix it. If you press against the nipple/areola area, do you feel a fibrous kind of tissue? Or when you flex you pec, is there alot of fatty like tissue the does not compress  along with the fat?
