That's better  ;) Well, considering the pics you've posted, I'd say yes, this is gyne. Fat and gland maybe. Still, losing some weight could help reduce the gyne but do not expect an important change in the shape of your chest. Doing some weights could also help reduce it. Try those and see what happens. If it does not change at all, surgery can be an option. Go and see a PS for further details. Good luck to you mate !  ;)

Looks like it. But your a big guy, so maybe they might go away/shrink with weight loss.

maybe a 6-7, it's kind of relative, but even a 2-3 is bad.  can definitely see the shape and larger areolas.  do the weight loss but it won't fix the gyne, it's just good prep for an op if you choose to do that.

I'd say 6-7 too.
