my nipples changed when i turned 12-13. i am now almost 17 in 1 month. Will the nipples ever go down without surgery cause it really sucks.. i also feel a hard gland underneath but it has gotten a little smaller over the years and doesnt hurt anymore. please reply

You definitely look like you have gland tissue present.  You have very little body fat.  It looks like you only need gland or tissue excision.  You're 17, right?  Do you have your parents on board with this?  Would be nice to have their support.

im still 16 but i turn 17 in a month. yea my parents are on board with everything. im going to see an endocrinologist in july to see if its hormonal, then surgery if the costs arent enormous.

How much do you think it will cost for the incision?

It depends on where you are.  I charge much less if I only excise gland tissue and don't perform liposuction.  The total cost under anesthesia would be around $3500 instead of $4500, something like that.
That's only an estimate; my office could give you a more accurate quote.
