In 3moths I am finally going to have my surgery.
I am only getting the tissue removed, no liposuction.

So how do you think I should  preare for this surgery
to get the best result?

Best preparation is to be at your lowest, most comfortable and stable weight.  You want to exercise -- but not to any extreme.  And you want to be healthy going into surgery -- so no crazy diets, just a sound and sensible one.  Cutting down (or better, eliminating) smoking can only be beneficial.

Most important, use your time to research the best surgeon for yourself.

With a lower body fat, you can show more muscle detail.  But I would not go off the deep end by starving yourself to lower your body fat -- you need to go into surgery with adequate nutrition in order to heal properly.

Yes i know but 3 months. If i stay on -500kcal/day, which i have done until today i will loose (90x500)/7000= ~6,5kg fat.
Would this fatloss give much better results?

What you have described is a starvation diet -- it is not healthy.  Most men require about 2500 calories a day to keep up with their metabolism.  If you bring it down to 1800 - 2000 calories per day, you will lose weight gradually and safely.

As I said previously, any stringent diet going into surgery will put you into a nutritionally deficient state -- which is not conducive to proper healing after surgery.
