I was just wondering about the surgery process from anyone who has some knowledge about it...
I've made an appointment for a consultation, then what? Can the surgeon refuse a legitimate case of gynecomastia? How long does it take from the first consult, to the surgery?

Congrats on making 'The Call'....

I suppose a surgeon could deny his/her services... However, it's not very likely...

Time from consult to surgery day... It all depends on how busy the surgeon is... Could be a week or two, to a few/several months...

It took about 4-5 weeks to get an appointment with the plastic surgeon that our insurance approved my son to see.
We saw him today and he said it would take up to a month for the insurance to decide weather to approve the surgery or not and then he was usually booked about a month out after that.
