Hi, i had my first surgery in may and my second one, 4 months later, in september. Both times, only the gland was removed (actually, pretty much all of it was removed). I'm only 2 months post-op, but i still have puffy nipples and especially on one side, it looks exactly the same as before my first surgery. Obviously, i have a lot of scar tissue because of the two surgeries in this small time frame. I just want to know what can i actually do to improve my condition ? massaging ? how often ?
The thing that bothers me the most is that right after the surgery (about 8 to 10 days after), my nipples were absolutely perfect, and there was a big difference between the first surgery and the second one. But right after that, the puffiness was right back in..

It is a long process but seriously, i know that there's no more gland there, maybe a little bit of fat but so little that this can't cause the puffiness. One other thing, when i raise my right arm, i can definitly see that there's nothing there and it looks like when i was 10 days post-op. But when i raise my left arm, it's still puffy.. it is like the skin doesn't attach to anything so the nipple puffs out.

Thank you doctors!

The last photo reveals some general excess tissue surrounding the nipple -- this might possibly require some lipo or further excision.  It would have to be confirmed by a hands-on physical examination -- preferably by a gyne specialist.

But in that case, can you tell me why, 10 days post-op, i was absolutely flat ?
I wore the compression vest for 6 weeks (24/7).
But since i stop wearing the vest, the scar tissue came in..

Thanks doc!
