Do i have to wear a compression vest after a revision .I had the inital surgery a few months . It wasn't anything major  and took a few minutes and the results look great . I lost my compression vest  though all i have is the under armour . Do i need the vest

I don't really even know if it was a revision . I was up the whole time and all he did was take off some excess skin and now my nipples look great as they already looked good. My left nipple is bleeding though.

Best to speak with your surgeon.  Some revisions benefit from compression, some don't need it.

I am not certain what you are describing because the initial surgery for gynecomastia takes about 90 minutes as opposed to " a few minutes." Also your second encounter which seems to be brief as well is not described in a way that I am confident I understand what happened. I would suggest you contact your surgeon.
