Pain at 5 weeks is most unusual.  You state that you are more swollen on one side.  This may be a hematoma.

Why don't you post some photos?

Hey Dr Jacobs

yeah my right side is bigger than my left but it always has been not this big tho. It is painful to touch feels like im poking at a bruise and when im sitting there randomly i will get 1 second shooting pains happens a few times and stops. I had hard lumps around it but i started massaging and now there gone. if it is a hematoma will it subside on its own will i need another evacuation surgery to remove hematoma. i have attached picture.

You may have a hematoma there but the photo is not totally definitive.  Tried your photo bucket (without the space) but it didn't match any documents.

Would certainly suggest a return to your surgeon if possible, or visit a gyne specialist in your area if one is available.

If left untreated, hematomas frequently result in a large amount of scar tissue which takes away from the desired chest symmetry.

In addition to the previous comments it appears there is a significant incision in the inframammary crease laterally extending into the axilla. Is this the case? A comparison with the opposite side would be helpful.
